This training session has a nice “solid” bit of aerobic swimming, but also includes some speedwork and even fits in a little bit of other strokes. It never hurts to fit in different strokes or kick into your session, even if it is only a small amount.
Of course the usual disclaimers apply, this is an example of my session made for me, you are free to have a go or adapt it, but do so at your own risk & under your own responsibility etc. The colour of the text in the side column corresponds with the same colour text in the main column.
