General Aerobic Session 3 (Individual Medley)

As various places start to reopen their pools I thought I would put up this IM session. These times are what I would expect to do early to mid-season and would get 5-10 seconds faster later in the season. Of course, when starting back after a very long break I would just give myself a set amount of seconds as rest.

As usual I must point out that these are my sessions that I swim, people are free to try them and adapt them, but do so at their own risk.
