This is a short session I wrote for our university team’s first training session in 2025. We typically train together once per week and would be the level of masters’ clubs. The goal of this session was to get some aerobic work in with a little bit of speed work as well. This session was completed in a long course pool.
As usual I must point out that these are my sessions that I swim, people are free to try them and adapt them, but do so at their own risk.
