The start of my season is mostly filled with a lot of aerobic frontcrawl, but to stop things getting boring at a time of the year when swimming is a struggle, myself and my sister came up with this session. It was harder than expected, especially the second set of 50s, but I think if we did this again later in the season it would be quite comfortable. One tip before starting a session like this is to make sure you have your drills picked out before you start. We swam this straight through with no breaks between sets.
